Thursday Menu
Again, no breakfast - I feel like crap with a capital C, and I slept through both my first class and my first meal.
Lunch
Oatmeal made with soymilk, raisins, flax, and maple syrup. Soft. Inoffensive to my currently touchy stomach.
Snack
Clementine.
Apple with 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter.
3 dried dates.
Dinner
A bit of leftover Aloo Matar.
Snack
16 Cinnamon Graham Sticks - yum. I love these.
Strawberries sprinkled with 1/2 tsp. organic sugar.
